  • Will my pet experience pain when using it?
    Just as humans experience some pain when bleeding occurs, it is common for pets to feel some pain when their claws bleed. Clawtty™ contains an ingredient (Benzocaine) to help reduce pets' pain. However, it is normal for there to be some pain where bleeding occurs.
  • Can you recommend a product size based on the weight of my pets?
    Clawtty™ S : pet weight 1 ~ 10 lbs e.g., Maltese, Yorkie, Chihuahua, Poodle, Rat Terrier, Shih-Tzu. Clawtty™ M : pet weight 10 ~ 20 lbs e.g., Boston Terrier, Cocker Spaniel, Westie, Corgi, Schnauzer. Clawtty™ L : pet weight 20 ~ 70 lbs e.g., Scottie, Labrador, Shepherd. Caution : This recommendation is for reference only, and even for cats, we recommend that you choose according to the weight of the cat.
  • What should I do if my pet eats it or gets it in its eyes?
    Refrain from eating or swallowing; if ingested, consult with your veterinarian. If contacted with eyes, rinse thoroughly with water and consult with your veterinarian if any abnormal symptoms persist.
  • What are the main ingredients?
    Poloxamer, Gelatin, CAp, Poly Glycol, Benzocaine.
  • Can leftover products be reused?
    Product remaining after use should never be reused.
  • How should I store the product?
    Please avoid direct sunlight as much as possible and store it in a dry and room temperature(0°C~28°C)
  • How is hemostasis achieved?
    Immediately stops claw or beak bleeding by acting as a mechanical barrier that does not act biochemically.
  • When I opened the pouch for use, the product was stuck in the pouch.
    Due to the nature of the raw materials, if they are stored at high temperatures, they may gradually melt from the surface. However, there are no problems in using the product.
  • How do I remove it after use?
    Clawtty™’s water-soluble property allows it to be wiped cleanly with a wet tissue after use.
  • Can people use it be used on humans?
    This product was developed for pets and is not meant to be used on humans.
