Shipping Policy
We use UPS and USPS for U.S. and international orders. THE FREE SHIPPING OPTION OFFERED ON CERTAIN ITEMS IS FOR SHIPPING IN THE CONTINENTAL U.S. ONLY.
Orders are processed as they come in and shipped within 48 hours or less, not including weekends and holidays. Our daily shipping cutoff time is 11:50am PST. Any order coming in after that time will be processed the NEXT business day regardless of service chosen. If something is not available and/or cannot be drop shipped, the customer is notified via email or text message.
Please keep in mind that Priority Mail Express (Next-Day to 2-Day Guarantee) Services from USPS DO NOT deliver on weekends. Anything ordered via Priority Mail Express or Priority Mail on Thursday will be delivered the following Monday. Anything ordered via Priority Mail Express on Friday will be delivered the following Monday. Shipping cutoff time of 11:50am PST also applies to these scenarios.
Orders in which the shipping address is different from the credit card billing address will require extra verification. This may delay shipping by several days. International credit cards are accepted but will also require extra verification. We may contact you via email requesting additional information in order to verify your identity. This may delay shipping, so please be aware of this policy when placing your orders.
To make sure your order goes out on time, please make sure your credit card billing address is entered correctly. Any order with a mismatch on the billing address is flagged and taken out of processing until the customer is contacted and address is verified. This can take several days if the customer is not available or does not respond right away. If we do not get a response from a customer within 14 days, we will cancel the order and issue a refund.
Shipping transit times
Due to logistics delays beyond our control, orders may take a few days longer to process and/or be delivered. We appreciate your patience.
USPS shipping times depend on the service requested and the state where item(s) are shipping to. Please note that the day of shipping as well as weekends and holidays, do not count as one of the days in transit. We do not offer Saturday delivery due to the high cost. Any order requesting Priority Mail Express shipping which is placed on a Friday, will be delivered on Monday. Any order requesting Priority Mail Express shipping placed before a Holiday will be delivered the next business day after the Holiday.
Please refer to the estimated transit times for USPS Ground Advantage on the USPS website. Please note that transit times for Ground services for USPS, Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express are NOT guaranteed. USPS Ground Advantage has a transit time of 2-5 days depending on the destination.
If you need something delivered by a specific date, we highly recommend you use a Priority
Mail Express or Priority Mail services.
While we strive to get your orders to you as fast as possible, please understand that once we hand the orders to the freight carriers, we cannot control the speed of delivery.
International Shipping
If you wish to make a purchase from a country outside the continental United States, please send the items and quantities you wish to order to the email address below, and we will send you an invoice separately.
We offer UPS services for International Orders. The transit times depends on the country and the service requested. It can take from a few days to several weeks depending on the country and service chosen. Please note that certain shipping services may not be available in all countries.
Please note that taxes, duties and/or fees charged by your country are not included in the costs generated by our website.
Customers are responsible to pay these in their respective countries. If in doubt, please check with your customs department prior to ordering.
It is the customers responsibility to make sure that the item(s) they are ordering are allowed into their respective countries. If an item is confiscated due to a customs or delivery issue, no refunds will be offered. If the order is returned because of a customs issue or customer refusal, all shipping costs will be deducted from the amount to be refunded. If you are not sure if the item(s) are allowed into your country, please check with your customs department prior to ordering.
Mbiologics is not responsible for shipping delays since it is not in our hand. If your item is damaged or lost during shipping, you may file a claim with the carrier. We cannot guarantee delivery of your package, only that your package will be shipped.
Packages
All orders are always packed in a additional Box and might be shipped in a padded envelope.
Please note that all our Products were sent out in perfect condition and are always sealed.
All orders will be shipped in a BOX only. Boxes offer the most protection when shipping products.
Transfer of ownership and of risks
The transfer of ownership of the Mbiologics products to the Customer is made on the date of full payment of the price by the latter in principal and ancillaries.
However, the risks are transferred to the Customer as soon as the order is placed and to the Consumer as soon as they (or the third party designated by them) take physical possession of the products.
